What table syntax does it support?

GitHub-Flavored Markdown pipe tables with a header row and a separator row. Alignment markers (:---, :---:, ---:) are ignored but not rejected.

Which table does it extract?

By default, the first table. Switch to 'All tables' to extract every table in the document and concatenate the rows into one array.

How does type coercion work?

Numeric strings like '42' or '3.14' become numbers, and 'true'/'false' become booleans — both toggleable. Strings like 'null' become JSON null. Everything else stays as a string.

What if there are no tables?

You'll see an inline error saying no Markdown tables were found. Check that your table has a header row followed by a separator row of dashes.
